Mr. Gay & White

Video of found cat — took him to the vet and discovered that he does have his claws — I thought he was declawed because when I picked him up, he used his back paws to push away but did not scratch me. The vet said, “Well maybe he’s just a really nice cat, because he does have claws.”

Stats:
2 -3 year old cat
11 pounds, 11 ounces
unneutered
very tame and sweet

FOUND ORANGE TABBY

SATURDAY — OCTOBER 6

Beautiful, well-groomed, trimmed claws,  orange tabby readily came to me and let me pick her up.  Very trusting kitty.  I got food for her, put her in a cat carrier but could not take her home because of my own three cats who do not take to new cats at all.

I took her to the San Marcos Animal Shelter.  They scanned her for a microchip and she did not have one.  While in a shelter cage, she easily interacted with a dog.

This cat should not be put down but the San Marcos Shelter will do that by October 12, if she is not claimed or adopted.

Please go get her!

My two beautiful little girl kitties came from ARF -- a rescue service in Wimberley. Maddie Bell, in the header photo, likes to help me make the bed.

Shelter cats are the best!
